The BIG one is coming! For some sun-splashed end of summer fun and an unbeatable entertainment value this Labor Day weekend, head to downtown Millbrae for the city’s annual huge bash — the Millbrae Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, September 5th AND Sunday, September 6th of 2015.
 
Every year, the last unofficial weekend of summer brings enormous crowds to downtown Millbrae for the Bay Area’s biggest and best Labor Day weekend celebration, transforming the charming downtown streets into a world-class festival. Stroll, browse, relax and enjoy a friendly, vibrant street fair with two days of carefully selected stellar live music, gorgeous handcrafted work by 260+ talented artists, fabulous gourmet food and drinks, a microbrew tasting tent, our Classically Cool Car Show, an organic and green products showcase, artisan specialty foods, home and garden exhibits, health and wellness displays and tons of fun for kids. The festival takes place on Broadway (1 block west of El Camino Real) between Victoria and Meadow Glen Avenues. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Admission is free.
 
Fine Art, One-of-a-Kind Crafts

Buyers and browsers will find thousands of handcrafted items in well-stocked booths covering several city blocks. Meet 260 exceptional artists and craftmakers—offering great variety and price points to satisfy every budget—on hand with their latest creations. Featuring original work in sculpture, paintings, photography, glass, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, leather, wood, metal and mixed media, this festival has won the Best of the Bay Award and is considered among the top art shows in the Bay Area. Home decor, unique vases, flatware, handmade clocks, gorgeous dishes, hand-crafted wall and table decorations, unusual paperweights, beautiful stained and beveled glass, metal etchings, original sculptures, stunning photography, oil and watercolor paintings, beadwork, real gold and silver jewelry, hand-made vests, hand-crafted designer handbags, beautiful hats, wallets, footwear, wind chimes, fountains and waterfalls are among the many one-of-a-kind items too numerous to list.

Artist & Gourmet Food Applications HERE plus Street Food Vendor & Sponsor Information

ARTISTS

We are a juried show featuring handmade by the artist arts and crafts. We do NOT allow resale or imports. Photographs of your work and booth setup must be provided.  If you would like to participate in the 2014 event as an ARTIST, CRAFTS MAKER or GOURMET FOOD vendor (packaged foods, NOT Street Food), please CLICK HERE for an application.  All fees must be included with your application.  No refunds after July 15th.  Late application fees apply after July 15th. 

STREET FOOD VENDORS

If you would like to be considered for participation in the festival as a Street Food Vendor (food prepared on site, NOT packaged gourmet food), please contact TEAM PRO EVENT by sending an email to  ProEvent@aol.com  with your menu and background. Street food vendor applications are NOT available online.  Street Food vendors are individually invited to participate by TEAM PRO EVENT. Returning Street Food vendors in good standing receive priority placement and first right of refusal.

VOLUNTEERS

If your company or organization would like to be considered for staffing a festival booth pouring wine, beer or selling festival glassware and tokens, please contact the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce (650) 697-7324 or by email to chamber@millbrae.com for more information and an application if there are openings.  

Staffing a festival volunteer booth is a GREAT way to get your company or organization in front of 100,000 visitors over festival weekend.  Decorate your booth with your company banner and logo.  Wear your company shirts and hats.  Display your organization's marketing materials and give away small promotional items. All while having FUN representing Millbrae to thousands of visitors.
