About Us...
Crystal Springs Chapter is a warm, welcoming membership of administrative professionals from the Northern Peninsula Bay Area. The collective business experience from this group is immeasurable for personal guidance, assistance and growth. The fun-loving spirit at each meeting is the "icing on the cake" and "the shelter from the wind" after a hard day in the office. Members meet monthly for a dinner meeting on the third Thursday of each month. The IAAP's mission is to be the acknowledged, recognized leader of office professionals and to enhance their individual and collective value, image, competence and influence. IAAP's purpose is to provide education, training and set standards of excellence recognized by the business community on a global perspective. Benefits of membership include Leadership Training, Networking Opportunities, Continuing Education Credit, Certification Programs (Secretary / Administrative Professional), Improved Professional Image, Public Speaking Skills Enhancement, Time Mgmt.
